Net Equality Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items fulfilled by Net Equality within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. If the return is a result of our error, we will pay the shipping costs from you to us and refund your original shipping costs along with the purchase price. Otherwise, you will be responsible for return shipping and the amount of the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please email support@netequality.org to begin the returns process.
(i) Orders Returned after 30 Days
Orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago may not be returned and cannot be refunded.
(ii) Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, email support@netequality.org to request a replacement. We will pay shipping for returning the item to us and sending you a replacement.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our facility.
